History

The Skagerak Group started the production of value-added salmon in 1999, and in 2005 the facilities in Hirtshals, which belonged to Pan Fish ASA (today Marine Harvest), were taken over. Considerable investments have been made, and today Skagerak Salmon A/S is the biggest salmon production company of its kind in Denmark.

Skagerak Salmon A/S is wholly-owned by Skagerak Holding A/S.
